fantastic stay with excellent service
clean room fresh towel complimentary toiletries generous size
i found my standard double or twin room clean upon arrival the bed was neatly made and the bathroom sparkled. the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch plus fresh towels were available daily. the size was generous allowing me to comfortably unpack and move around with ease i really appreciated this. i loved having a kettle in my room for tea
the air conditioning unit made a slight noise it didn't bother me too much but a light sleeper might find it disruptive

my standard double or twin room included a comfortable bed and ample storage space for clothing. a television provided entertainment and there was also a small table with chairs. all clean and well maintained.

the reception staff offered prompt and helpful assistance with directions and local information. they arranged taxi services quickly plus they always greeted me with a smile. i thought the daily housekeeping was thorough and efficient.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food options i found the selection excellent. fresh fruit pastries and hot dishes were available. the dining area was clean and well organized with attentive staff.

faulty air conditioning limited selection
the location was central and convenient. this made getting around easy.
The air conditioning in my room did not work well. It was quite warm. i reported this to the front desk, but nothing changed . the breakfast buffet offered a limited selection with few options to choose from.

i found the breakfast buffet quite good. the selection was large and had many options. the lobby had a huge space where i could talk to friends.
the fitness facilities were poor, unfortunately. i selected this accommodation based on them. the building insulation was bad, so i heard neighbors until late at night.
